I am Nicola Martini, Founder and Lead Designer of Betontema. I offer construction companies and mechanical manufacturers over two decades of expertise in executive 3D design, site setup, and technical direction for high-efficiency mobile concrete plants and horizontal silos.

For Construction Companies:

Technical direction and full coordination for plant realization. I guide clients step by step throughout the entire process:

• Custom Engineering: Everything starts with design. I develop the plant's 3D engineering, customizing it to meet the specific operational and logistical requirements of your job site.
• Direct or Coordinated Manufacturing: Clients do not buy an off-the-shelf standard product; they build it under my supervision. Depending on project needs, I can handle construction and pre-assembly directly, or manage the entire phase through my trusted network of suppliers and workshops.
• No-Foundation Technology: The end result is a fully mobile concrete plant. Thanks to this architecture, the structure requires no civil engineering works, eliminating ground anchoring costs and bureaucratic delays.
• Site Assembly and Commissioning: Once built and delivered, I personally oversee on-site installation. I directly execute the electromechanical assembly, handle testing, and ensure smooth production startup.

For Mechanical Workshops and Manufacturers:

Technology transfer and engineering partnership. I share over 20 years of know-how to enable you to manufacture equipment in total autonomy:

• Executive 3D Engineering: I supply full modular engineering (such as BTH horizontal silos and BT hoppers). I build detailed 3D models optimized to streamline cutting, bending, and assembly processes in your shop.
• Licensing Programs: Through dedicated licensing agreements, I allow you to expand your product catalog with innovative mobile concrete plants, saving years of R&D and field testing costs.
• Documentation and Bills of Materials (BOM): I deliver a turnkey technical package, including detailed shop drawings, full BOMs, and system schematics, ensuring a seamless transition from engineering to production.
• On-Site Operational Support: I do more than just send CAD files. I work directly inside your facility alongside your team as both technical consultant and operator throughout manufacturing, assisting until final testing and commissioning.
