3D Design, On-Site Setup and Licensing
Whether you need a custom solution with direct electromechanical assembly and setup on-site, or you are a Mechanical Workshop interested in a Licensing agreement to manufacture modules autonomously, I provide high-productivity engineered solutions.
Ultra-High Precision Electronic Dosing
The BT series aggregate hoppers represent the core of the dosing process within any high-performance mobile concrete batching plant. Developed in synergy with my cement storage silos (BTH Series), I design every single mobile hopper to manage extraction cycles with millimeter accuracy.
The entire module architecture is engineered on a self-supporting chassis. This allows for compact road transport and immediate on-site placement, drastically cutting down installation times and eliminating all expenses associated with traditional foundation works.
Key Advantages of BT Engineering
Certifiable Weighing
Equipped with high-sensitivity, approved electronic load cells to guarantee strict compliance with concrete mix design regulations (e.g., EN 206).
Scalable Modularity
I design modular structures from 1 up to 4 separate bins, offering total flexibility based on the number of aggregate fractions required by the jobsite mix design.
Assembly & Rapid Feeding
I execute direct supervision of assembly and final testing. The structural design and lowered mouth height allow easy and continuous loading with standard wheel loaders.
Technical Specifications of BT Modules
Configurable technical solutions to meet the production rates of any type of jobsite.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on Hoppers
Are BT modules compatible with third-party plants?
Absolutely. Although the BT series has been engineered to work in perfect synergy with my BTH series silos, the control system and self-supporting architecture make them independent modules that can be integrated into pre-existing plants.
Can I purchase a manufacturing license (Licensing) for BT hoppers?
Yes. I offer dedicated Licensing and Technology Transfer contracts to allow mechanical workshops and manufacturers to build BT Series hoppers directly in their own facilities.
